Virus Removal and Re-Imaging

We provide our customers a solution to the problem "My machines have a virus on them, what should I do?". We will attempt to remove the virus from the system. If we fail to remove the virus from the machine, will we use the factory restore (if available) or use our media to "ReImage" the system to a clean state, all while keeping the users personal data from the hard drive. We recommend Microsoft Security Essentials for Free AntiVirus, AVG, or Microsoft ForeFront EndPoint Protection.
